Service Agreement & Terms
1. Scope of Occupational Therapy Consulting
Mi Casa Aging-in-Place provides private-pay Occupational Therapy consulting services specializing in Home Safety Assessments and Aging-in-Place recommendations. Our services are consultative in nature and focus on improving environmental safety and accessibility to support independence at home.
2. Assessment & Professional Advice
Assessments are based on the client's self-reported information and observations made during the evaluation. While we strive to provide the most accurate professional advice, the client is responsible for the final implementation of any suggested modifications or equipment purchases.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
We operate on a private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We do not process insurance claims directly, but can provide invoices for possible reimbursement inquiries.
